Mourad joined Le Manoir in 1994 as Demi-Chef de Rang and progressed to Head Waiter within four years. He then worked as Assistant Restaurant Manager for John Burton Race at L'Ortolan.
Mourad then returned to Le Manoir in 2001 as Restaurant Manager where he is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant and team. Mourad recently went through to the finals of the Master of Culinary Arts.
Mourad was promoted to Restaurant Director on 1st September 2010 and will continue his efficient running of the restaurant.
