Raymond Blanc and Orient-Express Hotels have reappointed Philip Newman-Hall as Director/General Manager of Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons. 

Philip worked with Raymond Blanc and his team at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons as General Manager for 5 years, between 1999 and 2004 but left to pursue other interests and business ventures. 

Philip brings to Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons a wealth of experience and knowledge with over 35 years in the hospitality industry.

Commenting on the appointment, Raymond Blanc, Chef Patron, Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons said:
