Learn to create seasonal desserts from Maman Blanc's and Le Manoir's exquisite repertoire with Head Pastry Chef Benoit Blin. Benoit has been Chef Patissier at Le Manoir for 15 years, he is a true craftsman and was acknowledged as Pastry Chef of the year 2009.

In the relaxed and informative environment of The Raymond Blanc Cookery School you will master the skills and techniques required to create the most impressive dishes from a sumptuous Fraisier, to Petits Fours such as Macaroons and Le Manoir's famous lemon drizzle cake. Take with you the secrets behind a wonderful chocolate Marquise, homemade ice creams and sorbets and a mouth watering Millefeuille.

If you have a sweet tooth or simple love desserts, then this one day course is certainly for you.
