This course is inclusive of five nights' accommodation, French breakfast, four day's tuition, morning and afternoon tea, lunch with your fellow students in our cookery school and dinner in the restaurant each night with fellow students.
A typical itinerary involves an early start for breakfast as the morning session starts at 9am. After lunch the course recommences at 1.20pm until afternoon tea at 4.30pm. Dinner is served in the restaurant - students meet at 7pm and dine at 7.30pm each evening.

Stage Two

Stages 1 & 2 are each priced at £495 per night for one person on the course (total price of £2,475), and £825 per night for two persons on the course (sharing accommodation, total price of £4,125).
Stage Three
26th October - 31st October
Stage 3 is priced at £550 per night for one person attending the course (total price £2,750) and £920 per night for two persons attending the course (total price £4,600).
Partners of participants are welcome to stay throughout the course free of charge, sharing the same room, although meals and drinks are charged separately.
