Victoria is responsible for the reception and porter teams, ensuring that a high standard of service is delivered at all times. She joined Le Manoir as Reception Manager in 2002.
She began her career at the Churchill Intercontinental Hotel and after completing a Management training programme she worked as a Duty Manager. She then moved to the position of Reservations Manager at The Dukes Hotel then in the same role at The Savoy in London.
Victoria then spent seven years abroad, working in the United Arab Emirates and living in Egypt where she was Executive Housekeeper then promoted to Rooms Division Manager at the Hilton Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
