To ensure the finest of bespoke English kitchens, RB selected Smallbone of Devizes. The Mandarin collection has a contemporary design that is inspired by the Orient and rooted in the Arts and Crafts tradition. It both complements the elegant surroundings and is tailored to the needs and comfort of the students. Made from traditional Oak with brushed steel handles, this is a kitchen that is beautiful to look at, yet robust enough to cope with the demands placed on it by a busy cookery school. The cabinets are teamed with state of the art appliances from Gaggenau, crafted from the finest materials and benefits from technical excellence.

The new knife blocks for students have been provided by Award winning German company Wüsthof Trident, one of the World’s leading manufacturers of precision forged cutlery used by professional chefs around the world. These three new partners have been welcomed to the cookery school by Le Manoir’s existing partners Amtico who supply the flooring and Bang and Olufsen who have provided the sounds. |
Now we will give our guests the ultimate state of the art experience for the best cooking combined with a celebration of great food and good friends with many new courses. Courses are now also running on Fridays and Saturdays.
For those of you new to the school, all you need is a passion for food and the desire to have fun preparing it. Under the guidance of the school’s Cookery School Head Tutor, Nurdin Topham, and the Cookery School Tutor, Vladimir Niza, you will be given the hands-on opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a practical and fun environment.
