The Raymond Blanc Cookery School re-opened on 14 February 2005 with the collaboration of our partners.
Raymond chose to use Gaggenau appliances and Smallbone of Devizes designed the stunning kitchen while Wüsthof Trident provided the all-essential knives. These companies worked alongside our existing partner Amtico to produce an original and professional calibre kitchen, suited to the rigours of Raymond Blanc's renowned Cookery School.
