We are delighted that Le Manoir benefits from ever increasing patronage.  This does mean however, that we need to increase our staff.

We currently have the following roles, all of which can be full or part time.  We require experienced staff but we will also provide full training.

Junior Sous Chef
A chance to join our senior kitchen team in creating and producing some of the finest food available in the UK 

Chef de Partie
A Michelin experienced, passionate and dedicated professional required to join Gary Jones kitchen team

Staff Chef
Producing simple freshly cooked, nutritious and healthy meals for our hardworking team

Commis Sommelier (Full-time)
Preferably with Michelin experience, although training will be given to the right candidate.
