Head Tutor at The Raymond Blanc Cookery School - Mark Peregrine
I started my career with M Blanc 32 years ago and I am now responsible for running the Raymond Blanc Cookery School.
What makes a course at Le Manoir special is the amount of information that we pack into a short amount of time, while ensuring that students are never overwhelmed. Everyone should go home feeling that they have learned a whole new approach to cooking, yet that the day has been enormous fun. |

Head Gardener - Anne Marie Owens
I strive to ensure the outside environment at the hotel matches the highest standards in the house.
To make your stay extra special, come and watch the produce being harvested every morning before breakfast; admire the red kites swooping in the afternoon, and the bats coming out to feed at dusk. |

Head Vegetable Gardener - Jo Campbell
My mission is to create a garden full of the highest-quality organic vegetables and herbs to supply to Le Manoir’s kitchen. I am proud of the garden for being both highly productive and visually beautiful, so that guests can enjoy the produce both in the soil and on the plate!
When you visit Le Manoir, be sure to talk to the gardeners—we love to share our gardening tips and stories. I remember early one morning seeing a muntjac deer, moorhens and a rabbit bouncing on top of some netting to try and reach the peashoots—it seems they, too, appreciate two-Michelin-star dining! |
